Velrin is hiring an SDR to build early pipeline. You’ll prospect, qualify, and set meetings for a secure-by-design execution platform combining tasks, workflows, knowledge, and reporting.
About Velrin
Velrin helps teams execute work with clarity through structured workspaces, projects, tasks, Kanban workflows, audit-friendly progress history, reporting, and Velrin AI.
Responsibilities
• Identify and research target accounts and decision makers (Ops, IT, Program, Team Leads)
• Run outbound motion (email, LinkedIn, calls) with consistent weekly cadence
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads using clear criteria (use case, urgency, fit)
• Book meetings and support discovery calls with clean notes and context
• Maintain organized pipeline tracking and follow-up discipline
• Share feedback on messaging, objections, and market patterns
Requirements
• Strong written communication and comfort speaking with professionals
• High organization and consistency (pipeline hygiene matters)
• Coachable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving early-stage environment
• Basic understanding of workflow tools (Asana, Trello, Notion) and why teams outgrow them
Nice to have
• Experience with B2B SaaS outreach or lead qualification
• Familiarity with outbound tooling or CRM discipline
What success looks like (60–90 days)
• Consistent qualified meetings with the right personas
• Clean tracking and predictable outreach rhythm
• Strong feedback loop on messaging and ICP fit
