Retention

  • Account and workspace content is retained while your account is active.
  • Security and reliability logs may be retained for a limited period to investigate incidents and maintain integrity.
  • When deletion is requested, Velrin removes or anonymizes data unless retention is required for legal, security, or billing obligations.

Cookies and tracking

  • Cookies may be used for authentication, session security, and keeping users signed in.
  • Limited analytics may be used to understand site performance and improve user experience.
  • Anti-abuse protections, including form verification tools, may be used to reduce spam and automated attacks.

Velrin Services may introduce service-specific data processing notices if future services require them.

You can contact Velrin to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your account and associated data, or clarification about workspace permissions. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing a request.
