These Terms apply to Velrin's public website, account registration, approved access, subscription flows, workspace usage, AI-assisted execution features where available, and related platform functionality.

Platform use

Velrin helps users organize work through workspaces, projects, tasks, progress history, notes, dashboards, and operational review.

Business use

If you use Velrin for an organization, you represent that you have authority to use the Service on that organization's behalf.

Velrin Services

VelrinServices.com or separate consulting/security services may have additional terms, statements of work, or written agreements.

Operating responsibilities

How users should operate inside Velrin.

The goal is simple: use Velrin as a trusted execution environment, not as a place for abuse, unauthorized access, disruption, or unsafe conduct.

Eligibility

  • You must be able to form a legally binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
  • You must use Velrin in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • You are responsible for internal approvals if using Velrin for an organization.

Accounts and access

  • Provide accurate registration and account information.
  • Protect credentials and notify Velrin if you believe an account is compromised.
  • Do not share accounts across unrelated users or bypass access controls.

Workspace content

  • You retain ownership of content you submit to Velrin.
  • You grant Velrin permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to operate the Service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload or share the content you provide.

AI-assisted features

  • AI-assisted outputs, where available, are drafts or suggestions for user review.
  • You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving outputs before relying on them.
  • Do not use AI-assisted features to create unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or unauthorized activity.
Acceptable use

Use Velrin to execute work, not disrupt it.

These rules help protect users, accounts, workspaces, infrastructure, and the reliability of the platform.

Allowed
  • Create and manage legitimate workspaces, projects, tasks, notes, reports, and operational workflows.
  • Invite collaborators where you have permission to do so.
  • Use Velrin's reporting and support channels to ask questions, report issues, or request assistance.
  • Report suspected vulnerabilities through the responsible disclosure process.
Not allowed
  • Access, probe, scan, or test systems or data without permission.
  • Upload malware, destructive code, credential theft tools, or content designed to disrupt operations.
  • Use Velrin for fraud, impersonation, illegal activity, harassment, spam, or platform abuse.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with Velrin except where expressly permitted by law.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans, if selected and approved, may renew automatically unless canceled. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. Your purchase may also be subject to the provider's terms.

  • Plan features, access levels, and pricing may change over time.
  • Trial periods, promotional access, or invite-only access may be offered at Velrin's discretion.
  • Canceling a subscription stops future renewal; access may continue until the end of the billing period.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law or approved by Velrin.
Security and responsible disclosure

Velrin uses security-conscious design and operational controls, but no system is guaranteed to be perfectly secure. If you believe you discovered a vulnerability, report it responsibly.

  • Do not publicly disclose vulnerabilities before Velrin has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
  • Do not perform destructive testing, social engineering, data exfiltration, denial-of-service testing, or testing against other users.
  • Submit reports through the vulnerability reporting page or approved contact channel.
Availability and changes

Velrin aims to provide a reliable service, but the Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, third-party provider issues, security events, or circumstances outside Velrin's control.

  • Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed as the platform evolves.
  • Status information may be posted on the Service Status page.
  • Velrin may change or discontinue parts of the Service where needed for reliability, security, or product direction.
Suspension and termination

You may stop using Velrin at any time. Velrin may suspend or terminate access if it reasonably believes that continued access creates risk or violates these Terms.

  • Access may be suspended for security risk, payment issues, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
  • Velrin may preserve or remove account data according to the Privacy Policy, retention needs, legal obligations, and operational requirements.
  • Sections that by their nature should survive termination may continue to apply.
Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velrin is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

  • Velrin does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation.
  • Velrin does not guarantee that AI-assisted or automated suggestions will be complete, accurate, or suitable for every use case.
  • You are responsible for decisions, approvals, and actions taken using the Service.
Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velrin and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Velrin's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing law

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, these Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Updates to these Terms

Velrin may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product changes, operational needs, legal requirements, or improvements. The "Last updated" date will identify the current version.
