1 seat
  • Full Velrin platform: tasks, Kanban, projects/workspaces, collaboration + messaging
  • Reports + Data Studio BI, Knowledge Graph, and Velrin AI (early access)
  • Single-user license - invite-only trial -> Stripe billing after signup
Teams
Per seat
  • Everything in Pro (same platform) for multiple users under one organization
  • Per-seat billing (Stripe quantity = seats) with centralized billing + membership management
  • Built for team rollout: shared access defaults, smoother onboarding, and scaling
Enterprise
Contract
  • Everything in Teams, built for large-scale rollout, governance, and stakeholder control
  • Contract-based engagement - billed by invoice (or Stripe invoice/quote)
  • Optional add-ons: Velrin Services, custom integrations, SLAs, tailored onboarding
Enterprise scope, rollout, and add-ons are finalized during onboarding (a brief call may be scheduled if needed).
If a subscription lapses, accounts automatically fall back to Starter (view-only access to your existing tasks).
